Henan Xubairui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It is a large-scale private agricultural and pastoral enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of livestock and poultry feed. The company’s predecessor was Jiaozuo Hennong Feed Co., Ltd., founded in 2005. In October 2010, Henan Xuru Feed Co., Ltd. was established on this foundation. In 2014, to facilitate its integration for an IPO, the company was reorganized and renamed Henan Xubairui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The company has been recognized as a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Henan Province, a provincial cluster for livestock and poultry industrialization, and a member of the Provincial Livestock and Poultry Industry Innovation Alliance. It has also received numerous honors, including “Henan Province SME ** Product” and “Top Ten Enterprises in the Provincial Feed Industry.”
R&D aspect To enhance the company’s innovation capabilities and develop products with independent intellectual property rights, in 2013 we invested over 5 million yuan to establish the Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, which was subsequently accredited by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In 2014, we invested over 10 million yuan to expand our R&D building, increasing its total area to 800 square meters. We also procured 30 advanced pieces of equipment, including a FOSS infrared analyzer, a FOSS crude fiber analyzer, a biochemical incubator, an ELISA reader, an electrically heated constant-temperature incubator, a clean bench, a homogenizer, an autoclave, a drying oven, a centrifuge, and a microscope. The center is staffed by 8 full-time research management personnel, including 4 with master’s degrees, 1 with a doctoral degree, and 1 holding a professional title; additionally, we have 5 visiting research personnel. Currently, the center is undertaking 3 provincial and municipal scientific research projects, has filed 24 applications for national-level projects, and has been awarded 2 of those applications.
Equipment side The company operates seven automated feed production lines with an annual capacity of 510,000 tons. The entire equipment set is sourced from Bühler, a leading Swiss company in the industry, and comprises processes such as raw material receiving, crushing, mixing, oil addition, and packaging. The company has seven silos, four of which have a storage capacity of 1,500 tons each. Additionally, a new raw-material warehouse covering 3,960 square meters and a finished-product warehouse spanning 1,980 square meters have been constructed. These facilities can store 6,000 tons of raw grains, other raw materials, and finished products on a daily basis, fully meeting the company’s production needs.
Product aspect The company’s products primarily include premixes, concentrates, and complete feeds for livestock and poultry. Our product line covers a wide range of species—including pigs, chickens, ducks, and rabbits—and comprises more than 40 varieties across four major series. Among these, the weaning and starter feed for piglets has gained immense popularity in Henan Province and neighboring regions due to its outstanding characteristics: excellent disease resistance, superior palatability, high feed intake, and a low feed-to-meat ratio. The weaning and starter feed, exemplified by the “Xiangnai Su” brand, has earned widespread recognition and praise from both small-scale farmers and large-scale pig farms, and the “Xuru” brand has become deeply ingrained in consumers’ minds.
Regarding raw material procurement The company’s feed primarily uses raw materials such as corn and wheat. Henan Province is a major grain-producing province nationwide, and the company’s procurement range for key raw materials does not exceed 200 kilometers, effectively reducing procurement costs and ensuring that its product costs remain among the lowest in the industry. The company has established detailed acceptance standards for raw materials, covering not only bulk ingredients like corn, soybean meal, wheat, and rice bran meal, but also high-value ingredients such as fermented soybean meal, fish meal, plasma protein powder, and whey powder, as well as advanced technological products like amino acids, vitamins, and enzyme preparations—thus guaranteeing both consistent product quality and excellent cost-effectiveness.
Marketing aspect Our company’s products serve most cities both within and outside the province. We have established marketing offices in numerous cities including Kaifeng, Hebi, Xuchang, Sanmenxia, Shangqiu, Anyang, Luohe, Zhoukou, Zhumadian, Xinyang, as well as in Hebei Province. Each office has dedicated personnel responsible for regional development and daily customer communication. Thanks to our superior product quality and comprehensive technical services, we have now set up over 200 service and marketing outlets centered around a “dense, intensive development” strategy.
