The conference kicked off thanks to the meticulous preparations of all colleagues in the Breeding Department. To further enhance the overall efficiency of the breeding system, the company specially invited three seasoned industry experts—Teacher Ge Wenxiu, Teacher Zhang Zizhou, and Teacher Ma Changyu—along with Teacher Li Yang from the Breeding Department. They delivered clear and insightful presentations on key topics, including intestinal health and immunity in commercial ducks, critical considerations during the immunization process, the establishment of an effective disease‑prevention and control system, and meticulous management of breeding practices, addressing the needs of the attending farmer representatives.
The highlight of the conference was undoubtedly the awards ceremony. Following the training, Manager Si, head of the Aquaculture Department, presented cash awards to the outstanding aquaculture farmers of 2024, and these top performers then shared their insights on precision management with the attendees.
Subsequently, General Manager Han Bo personally attended the event and commended the outstanding aquaculture farmers who achieved remarkable results in 2024, praising their exceptional performance. He encouraged them to uphold a spirit of diligence, pragmatism, and innovation, contributing to the company’s sustainable development. In his subsequent address, General Manager Han also outlined the company’s long-term plans for enhancing the quality and efficiency of its aquaculture operations, reaffirming the company’s commitment to ongoing investment and support for the aquaculture sector.
