On the afternoon of December 26, Henan Xuru Food Co., Ltd. held a training and recognition conference on improving the quality and efficiency of its aquaculture system in the company’s conference room. This conference was not only a feast of knowledge and skills but also a heartfelt tribute to those who had worked diligently over the past year.

The conference kicked off under the meticulous preparation of our colleagues from the Animal Husbandry Department. To further enhance the overall efficiency of our farming systems, the company specially invited three seasoned industry experts—Teacher Ge Wenxiu, Teacher Zhang Zizhou, and Teacher Ma Changyu—as well as Teacher Li Yang from the company’s Animal Husbandry Department. They delivered clear and insightful presentations to the attending farmer representatives on key topics including intestinal health and immunity in commercial ducks, critical considerations during the immune process, the establishment of an effective disease prevention and control system, and detailed management practices for livestock farming.
The highlight of the meeting was undoubtedly the recognition ceremony. Following the training, Manager Si, head of the Aquaculture Department, presented cash awards to the outstanding aquaculture farmers representing the 2024 cohort. These top-performing farmers then took the stage to share their experiences in refined management with the attendees.
Then, Han Bo, the company’s general manager, personally attended the event and highly praised the outstanding achievements of the exemplary farmers who had excelled in the aquaculture sector in 2024. He encouraged them to continue upholding their spirit of diligence, pragmatism, and courage in innovation, and to contribute actively to the company’s sustainable development. In his subsequent speech, General Manager Han also outlined the company’s long-term plans for improving the quality and efficiency of its aquaculture systems, reaffirming the company’s commitment to ongoing investment and support in the aquaculture industry.
The successful conclusion of this training conference has not only provided a platform for farmers under Henan Xurui Food Co., Ltd. to learn and exchange ideas, but has also ignited everyone’s enthusiasm and confidence for next year’s livestock farming endeavors.
