Henan Xuru Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is committed to developing a comprehensive industrial strategy centered on the entire duck meat production chain. The company has grown into a group corporation integrating livestock and poultry feed research and development, feed processing, livestock and poultry breeding, farming, slaughtering and processing, as well as cooked-food production—a fully integrated industrial chain system. The company boasts three core business segments: feed R&D, breeding and slaughtering, and cooked-food production. It currently has nine subsidiaries and operates at an industrial scale capable of producing 500,000 tons of feed, breeding 10 million native ducks, slaughtering 20 million meat ducks, deeply processing 20,000 tons of meat products, and providing supply-chain services. The company is currently recognized as a national leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization, a national high-tech enterprise, a demonstration enterprise for feed quality and safety management under the Ministry of Agriculture, a Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and a Henan Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Center.

Feed processing
Henan Xubairui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private agricultural and pastoral enterprise specializing in the research and development and manufacturing of livestock and poultry feed. The company was formerly known as Jiaozuo Hennong Feed Co., Ltd., which was established in 2005. In October 2010, Henan Xurui Feed Co., Ltd. was founded on this basis. In 2014, to facilitate its listing and integration, the company was reorganized into Henan Xubairui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The company has been recognized as a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Henan Province, a provincial livestock and poultry industrial cluster, and a provincial innovation alliance for the livestock and poultry industry. It has also received numerous honors, including “Henan Province’s ** Product for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” and “Top Ten Enterprises in the Provincial Feed Industry.”
Meat duck farming
Develop supporting technologies for the cultivation of superior breeds, establish an integrated “breeding, propagation, and promotion” production system for meat ducks with enterprises as the main players, address the shortcomings in the development of the enterprise-based meat duck industry, and promote high-quality, sustainable development of Henan Province’s meat duck industry.
Slaughter and processing
The company has cumulatively invested 150 million yuan to build a modern slaughtering and processing production base, introducing advanced, fully integrated production lines that have reached a domestically leading level of manufacturing and processing. The facility has an annual slaughter capacity of 20 million meat ducks. It also features intelligent, digital cold-chain warehousing with a storage capacity of 3,000 tons. Its products are certified under the ISO9001 quality management system, the ISO22000 food safety management system, and the HACCP management system, and have obtained both Green Food certification and registration as an export-oriented food production enterprise.
Deep processing of cooked foods
Leveraging the industrial advantages of “Yellow River Native Ducks,” we’ve independently developed a unique recipe for the “Tang Lao Ya” product line—transforming raw ducks into cooked ones. The products are meticulously prepared through multiple processing stages, with four renowned Huai medicinal herbs carefully added during cooking. Currently, we operate one cooked-food production line with an annual output capacity of 20,000 tons. Each production step strictly adheres to operational standards, ensuring rigorous quality control and upholding principles of being green, environmentally friendly, and health-conscious. Targeting primarily the younger demographic, we’ve developed a range of Tang Lao Ya dishes, fruitwood-smoked duck, Sichuan-flavored smoked duck, and convenient pre-prepared meals that cater to the habits and fashion preferences of young consumers, thereby building a well-trusted and valuable brand that earns consumer confidence.

Since July 20, a once-in-a-millennium torrential downpour has battered the Central Plains, with prolonged rainfall across many parts of Henan Province. Cities such as Xinxiang, Zhengzhou, and Jiaozuo have suffered severe damage. In Xinxiang, multiple rivers have breached their banks, prompting the urgent evacuation of local residents; vast areas of farmland have been submerged, disrupting the normal production and daily life of the general public and businesses alike.
